SGÙRR HAZE
6.2% NEIPA
Sgùrr Haze (Scots Gaelic for jagged peak) is a wonderfully fruity New England IPA. Bright, unfiltered and unprocessed, this beer gets its characteristic haze from locally sourced Scottish wheat and oatmeal. Packed with some of the most desired aroma hops in the U.S., this beer is a tropical and citrusy fruit heaven that’s low in bitterness. It’s the ultimate antonym to the the typical Scottish dreich weather.
Malts: Pilsner malt, Munich Malt, Caramel Malt, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats
Hops: Mosaic, Centennial, Simcoe

SUNSET RASP
6.6% SOUR ALE
Bright, highly sessionable, and packed with Scottish Strathmore Valley Raspberries, this lacto-sour fruit beer is unbeatable for those long summer days. The slight tartness and pinch of Himalayan salt melds perfectly with the raspberries creating a delicate and balanced experience on the palate. A beer that takes you back to those bonnie sunset skies.

FAILEAS LAGER
4.8% PILSNER
Faileas, Scots Gaelic for reflection, gets its inspiration from those refreshing morning dooks (submerges) in ice-cold Scottish Lochs. As an all German hop and Scottish malt pilsner, this golden and crisp lager is well balanced with a touch of floral hops that will have you reaching for more.
Refreshingly light, crisp and easy - just like a lager should be!

BIG GREYMAN
7.8% WHISKY BARREL STOUT
The Big Greyman gets its name from the mysterious creature said to haunt the passages and summit of Ben Macdui, Scotland’s second highest peak. A behemoth of a beer made with Champagne yeast and aged in Scottish whisky barrels. Rich in chocolate, espresso, whisky, vanilla and oak, this beer is perfect for a cold winter’s day. Have it fresh or store it in the cellar for years to come.

This beer gets its funk from cultured Scottish yoghurt and is named after the Three Sisters of Glencoe in Scotland, as we all know, sisters can get soor (Scots for sour)!
