BAG YOURSELF A MUNRO
Our beers are inspired by the history, folk tales and other-worldly beauty of Scotland's Munro mountains. We infuse fresh local ingredients into traditional beer styles, while occasionally creating entirely new and adventurous beers. Each bottle is then labelled with a creative piece of artwork or photography reflecting the inspiration from which the beer came from.
THE BEST SCOTTISH ADVENTURE
A Munro is defined as a mountain in Scotland with a height over 3,000 ft. (914.4 m), and you can "bag" one by reaching the summit. Munro's are named after Sir Hugh Munro 4th Baronet (1856-1919), who's list of 282 peaks were first published as the Munro's Tables in 1891 (now 283). His resting place can be found in Kirriemuir, a small town in Scotland known as The Gateway to the Glens, and the home of the Munro Brewing Co.
